Un incidente di laboratorio trasforma Shoeshine, un tranquillo beagle, in un supercane dotato di poteri mirabolanti, compresa la facoltà di volare. Sono tante e appassionanti le avventure che Shoeshine vivrà, compresa la passione d'amore per una bellissima cagnetta, ma il giovane animale non potrà condividere il suo pesante segreto se non con il ragazzo che diventa il suo padrone e il suo amico.
