USA 2004

Un gruppo di sanguinari vampiri vuole resuscitare "Drake", un'orrenda creatura dai poteri straordinari. Il terribile vampiro è in grado di affrontare la luce solare senza difficoltà e questo lo rende particolarmente minaccioso per gli umani. Blade, coraggioso acchiappa- vampiri e il suo fidato consigliere Whister decidono di mettersi sulle tracce del pericoloso mostro insieme ad un gruppo di "Nightstalkers", cacciatori delle forze del male capitanati dalla bella Abigail e dal simpatico Hannibal King. Contemporaneamente, anche la scienziata Sommerfield sta cercando di trovare una risoluzione al problema dei vampiri. A stabilire se c'è ancora una speranza di salvezza per l'umanità sarà la sfida finale fra Blade e Drake...
