La storia è ambientata in un dormitorio abbandonato di un college chiuso durante le vacanze di Natale. Un sorvegliante, insieme ad alcuni studenti e a un addetto alle pulizie passano il fine settimana a sistemarlo ma un killer sconosciuto li perseguita e uccide uno ad uno. Chi sarà il killer e perché lo fa?
