A darne notizia The Hollywood Reporter, la regista di We Need to Talk About Kevin rifarà coppia con Rory Kinnear per scrivere il film, intitolato Mobius, che farà della Pequod un astronave con un Capitano ispirato ad Achab che cerca vendetta contro una creatura spaziale.
Il prossimo film della Ramsay, Jane Got a Gun, è un western con Natalie Portman e Michael Fassbender. La Scott Pictures finanzierà Mobius con la Ramsay, Scott Steindorff, Peter Fruchtman, Dylan Russell e Scott LaStaiti a produrre.
